Order Cancellations:

You’ll be able to cancel your order until it reaches the ‘In Warehouse’ status. To find out where your order is in its journey you can check your account

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. We’ll refund your order within 14 business days of receiving your return

Unopened merchandise: Unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Simply return your
unopened set to the address listed on your packing slip

Opene merchandise: Returns of opened sets must include the original shipping confirmation email or receipt and can be returned for
exchange or merchandise credit only.
